In the case of the TÜV Süd AG office building, the events in and around the Isar – a wild river that shapes the city of Munich – served as a special inspiration. The unique color worlds, which can be as different as day and night due to the various seasons, weather conditions and times of day, served as inspiration for the color and material worlds created, which were consistently implemented by Brückner Innenarchitekten in almost all areas of the building. The corporate identity was also taken into account with this choice, as the color blue is also reflected in the company’s logo
Construction
Rooms are never rigid constructs; on the contrary, they interact with people. Open-plan office concepts are therefore the answer to a development in which the location and time of work are flexible and attendance control is carried out through independent control of working hours. In close coordination with the client, TÜV SÜD AG, BRÜCKNERINNEN developed an existing office space of 3,200 m² into a modern and contemporary working dream. The existing cell structure was replaced by open office environments by means of a radical core renovation.
Completed
The range extends from furniture made from sustainable, local forestry to almost emission-free laminates. To keep the noise level as low as possible, all interiors are equipped with room dividers. These also provide a visual highlight and some privacy. Brückner Innenarchitekten are also pioneers in the use of unique, new carpets that are manufactured for the first time according to the new CQuest-Bio standard. Here, the entire back construction consists of 89.8% bio-based materials and recycled filling materials. Everything is guaranteed CO2-neutral over the entire life cycle and has been awarded the Blue Angel. The human being, as the center of the community, is additionally placed in focus by the architectural design and thus becomes part of a unique working world that inspires and delights.
