For the Getzner office building, the concept was custom-tailored to the client, with the alpine glow serving as the main inspiration.
Of particular note are the “New Centers” that have been integrated into the office spaces. These serve as a meeting point and retreat at the same time, enabling informal discussions at the copy corner or in the kitchenette, as well as concentrated work or undisturbed telephone calls in the phone booth. The “New Center” also offers ample storage space and serves as a wardrobe.

The leading specialist in the fields of vibration and shock protection, headquartered in Bürs, Austria, is doing justice to its intensive expansion and growth phase with this structural measure.
Completed
On over 2,000 square meters, BRÜCKNERINNEN has developed ultra-modern office space and its own conference floor in close and regular coordination with the client. Facing south on the 3rd floor are both the “Piz Buin” room for large conferences and the smaller “Watzmann” meeting option with an adjoining roof terrace for meetings with up to 14 people. The energy for heating and cooling the office space is generated via an efficient and sustainable heat pump and by using groundwater. This process also takes into account Getzner’s environmental protection philosophy, which is based, among other things, on the use of groundwater instead of drinking water in production.
