Design
BRÜCKNERINNEN’s concept focuses primarily on health, fun, and a family atmosphere. These points were implemented with cheerful splashes of color and accents, including a new carpet and a fresh, casual, and bright design. Everyone is welcome at the Danone Family, and employees can work in a comfortable and communicative atmosphere.
Construction
To achieve this, Danone has also taken the step away from individual offices towards the open space. The interior design team at Brückner has created a new office concept in which all employees, regardless of the corporate hierarchy, work side by side. In the open space areas, there are both fixed and flexible workplaces, which further promotes exchange within the team.

Each of the three converted floors also offers the possibility for larger conferences in the form of meeting rooms, without disturbing the other colleagues. A special feature at Danone is one highlight meeting room per floor. Small meetings and telephone conferences can be held in the phone booths set up on each floor. A creative exchange is planned at the central focal points of the area – the Creative Corners and Community Spaces. These are separated from the work areas by acoustically effective panels.
