Design

A core competence of BRÜCKNERINNEN is the creation of modern office and working environments. Companies are facing ever greater challenges to meet the modern style and necessary flexibility in today’s working world. BRÜCKNERINNEN has created an attractive solution to enable pleasant and productive work while meeting all requirements. The Smart Working concept was consistently implemented, which, according to a scientific study by the Fraunhofer Institute, demonstrably increases efficiency in the workplace by up to 36 percent.

Construction

A unique energy concept ensures that the office environment only requires about half the energy of a comparable project. In addition to high-performance thermal insulation and high-quality windows, regenerative energy sources are used. 30 geothermal boreholes, which reach 99 meters into the depths, supply the reverse heat pump and enable the building to be cooled with very low energy consumption and heated in winter. This creates a low-energy house that sets new standards. The summer cooling returns the heat to the ground that is extracted from it in winter for heating. An all-round sustainable concept for the environment. The Smart Working concept distinguishes between Work Spaces and Team Spaces: Quiet work in a private atmosphere is just as possible as cooperative exchange and communication in public areas.

The mountain and natural world should also be accessible to the users of Alpenwerk at all times. Thus, a roof terrace was designed for each rental unit, which can be used for working outdoors, breaks and company events.
It offers quite a few rational advantages: an innovative energy concept, state-of-the-art office and working environments, low additional costs, cool tenants and a perfect location at the entrance to the Inn Valley near Raubling. Purely emotionally, the office worlds offer an optimal working experience paired with a special feel-good atmosphere.
