With Hoch der Isar in Munich, we, as interior designers for Becken Holding GmbH, optimized the floor plans of 185 apartments and developed three distinctive style worlds. As part of our style world consulting, we created living environments that go far beyond standard solutions. Through intelligent floor plan optimization, living spaces were created that are oriented towards the needs of the buyer target groups.

Design

Hoch der Isar embodies the highest building culture and was curated with great care by BRÜCKNERINNEN. The extraordinary residential ensemble is a homage to the Isar – the river that shapes Munich. The three style worlds we developed are inspired by the natural dynamics of the river and interpret them in aesthetics, materiality and color worlds. Each style world tells an atmospheric story and combines emotional design with functional precision – the result of style world consulting and architectural identity.

Construction

The project also impresses in its execution with high craftsmanship and functional intelligence. Custom-made built-in furniture, clever storage space solutions and high-quality materials define the interior design. In cooperation with Bulthaup, pre-patterned kitchen lines were created that are perfectly integrated into the floor plan optimization. The implementation took place as part of a complete interior design (all service phases) – from design to planning to construction supervision – with high spatial and technical precision.

The BRÜCKNERINNEN create real added value by making the floor plan the heart of the interior design. Every step – from the precise room analysis to the creative room layout to the coordinated choice of materials and colors – aims to optimally adapt the floor plan to the user’s lifestyles and needs. Optimized floor plans ensure functional room zones, clear paths, a feeling of balance and flexible usability. This creates a high-quality, individual spatial effect that guarantees not only comfort and well-being, but also value stability and efficiency for the customer.

185 condominiums ranging from approx. 30 m² to approx. 330 m², spread over 13 elegant building structures. Development of a unique residential culture, embedded in a green, urban quarter. Exquisite style worlds – Golden Light, Silver Sparkle & Essence of Grey – characterize the project as well as the optimized floor plans, which enable maximum living quality and efficient use of space.
